Housing Ministries

First United Methodist Church in Madison, WI is active in local, as well as international, housing projects. The Housing Ministry Team's goal for local ministries this year is to work with Habitat for Humanity of Dane County (HFHDC) over the next year to help improve neighborhoods in Madison in need of revitalization. First Church’s International Ministry Team presently focuses on building communities in Central America and the Caribbean through hands on projects. The Team is expanding their work of home building in El Salvador to include financial support of an educational program on micro financing. Read more on our International Ministries page.
